1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated:

• Entry is open to residents of Fiji aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Dove Promotions, participating brands, participating retailers, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• Proof of identity and eligibility may be requested.
   

3. Promotion Period
Each promotion will clearly state:

• Opening date

• Closing date

• Draw date (if applicable)

Entries received outside the stated promotion period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
To enter a promotion, participants must:

• Purchase a participating product from an authorised participating retailer.

• Complete the official online entry form.

• Provide accurate personal details.

• Upload a clear and legible copy of their purchase receipt or invoice.

• Accept these Terms & Conditions.

Incomplete or inaccurate entries may be disqualified.

5. Proof of Purchase
The uploaded receipt must clearly display:

• Retailer name

• Purchase date

• Receipt or invoice number

• Participating product(s)

• Purchase value

The Promoter reserves the right to request the original receipt at any time.
Failure to provide satisfactory proof of purchase may result in disqualification.

6. Entry Allocation
Unless otherwise specified within a promotion:
One entry will be awarded for each qualifying purchase or qualifying spend as detailed in the individual promotion.
Where promotions are based on purchase value, entry calculations will be performed automatically by the promotion system.

7. Multiple Entries
Multiple entries are permitted unless otherwise stated.
Each entry must be supported by a separate qualifying purchase or receipt.
Duplicate receipts, altered receipts, or fraudulent entries will be rejected.

8. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected using a random electronic draw or another selection process specified for the promotion.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Prize
Each promotion will specify:

• Prize description

• Prize value

• Number of winners

Prizes:

• cannot be exchanged for cash

• are not transferable unless stated otherwise

• must be accepted as awarded
   

10. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided during entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

11. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries that:

• contain false or misleading information

• use duplicate receipts

• contain altered or fraudulent documentation

• attempt to manipulate the promotion

• fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions
   

12. Privacy
Personal information collected during the promotion will be handled in accordance with the Dove Promotions Privacy Policy.
Information will only be used for administering the promotion unless participants have chosen to receive future marketing communications.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dove Promotions and participating sponsors accept no responsibility for:

• lost or delayed entries

• technical failures

• internet interruptions

• lost or damaged receipts

• incorrect information supplied by entrants
   

14. Promotion Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Fiji.
Any disputes arising from the promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.
